Win £3000 worth of G Plan Vintage furniture!

To celebrate the launch of their new G Plan Vintage range, G Plan Upholstery are giving one lucky person the chance to win up to £3,000 worth of the G Plan Vintage collection, which is jam-packed with mid-century inspired sofas and chairs. One runner up will also have the chance to win a subscription to Homes & Antiques Magazine for a year.

To enter the competition, all you have to do is release your inner-interior designer and create a mood board on Pinterest, centred around one of your favourite G Plan Vintage sofas or accent chairs.

All entries will be judged by Wayne Hemingway, founder of Hemingway Design along with his daughter Tilly.

How to enter:
Either log-in to Pinterest or to become a Pinterest member, please send an email to gplanupholstery1@gmail.com and an invitation from G Plan will be sent to the email address provided by you.

Once on Pinterest, create a “My G Plan Vintage sofa style” pinboard on Pinterest and categorise the board under ‘Home Decor’.

Then, start designing! Repin your favourite G Plan Vintage sofa or accent chair from the new G Plan Vintage collection and create your own living space – whether minimalist, contemporary with a vintage twist, or wholly vintage inspired. Your board should feature a maximum of ten pins.

Once you are happy with the design of your board, include a comment stating @gplan and #IloveGPlanVintage within the comments section – plus a brief comment about what’s inspired you to create the look.

Submit your entry via the entry form including a link to your Pinterest board.

All entries must be received by 11.59pm (GMT) on 31 August 2012. For full terms and conditions visit the G Plan website.

My first home was fitted with G-Plan lounge and bedroom furniture in1959.
Was still in use up to 1992 when we had a complete furniture change-over when I was forced to take early retirement.

A home can’t go far wrong if it takes its styling from the now iconic G-Plan designs

Warm greens and warm wood colours inspire me more than the recent trend for neutrals. Natural, rather than acid tones.
