Get into the groove at the 80s Guilty Pleasures Cinema Party

Get into the groove at the 80s Guilty Pleasures Cinema Party

This August Bank Holiday, pop party starter and alternative clubbing institution, SeanRowley’s Guilty Pleasures presents the Guilty Pleasures Cinema Party, a brand new cinema and party concept that brings the worlds of music, cinema, cabaret, dance, performance and pop together for two nights at East London’s stunning Troxy Cinema.

But this is no regular cinema trip. Get your gladrags on for the cinema events that will turn popular culture on its head,
with a full six hours of pop playtime: singing, dancing, fancy dress, games, dance-offs, live bands, DJs and a movie, all on
the same night!

Guilty Pleasures Cinema Party – in conjunction with Time Out Live and MGM HD – transforms the Troxy
and brings the silver screen to life for two spectacular parties. It’s more than a club; and more than a movie night!

New York City takes centre stage with an ode to Madonna, the undisputed Queen of Pop, as Guilty Pleasures Cinema
Party presents Desperately Seeking Susan. We’re talking the dizzy heights of NYC disco, hot trash and free-spirited
sass. Madonna’s film debut takes centre stage in an all-out Madonna Mayhem party.

Guilty Pleasures NYC discotheque, go-go dancers, “Face it, she’s Madonna” dressing up box, “Many Madonnas” bad look-a-likes, magic acts, Battery Park hipsters and hoodlums.
