Want to learn how to swing? Join the Swing Patrol!

If you fancy learning how to swing dance or do the Blues then join the 2011 classes by Swing Patrol.

Complete beginners can learn how to dance at Swing Den, a fortnightly class at The William Blake (Old Street). The Swing Den is designed and aimed at new dancers to create a relaxed environment where you can get out there and dance your socks off with crazy abandon and no fear of… anything. This is the place to practice, laugh, make mistakes and dance!

More advanced dancers should check out the Swing Pit, a social dance event which takes place every Sunday at Corbet Place (Brick Lane). A complimentary 45 minute swing lesson will always take place 15 minutes after the starting time.

Lastly there’s Book Club Blues,  every fortnight at The Book Club (Old Street), a great way of trying out the slower rhythms of the Blues followed by social dancing.

Happy dancing!
