Talk and Tasting: The Scent and Spirit of London
Indulge your senses and discover glamorous bygone eras through vintage perfume and drinks at an adult only talk and tasting event at the London Transport Museum.
Join Odette Toilette, purveyor of olfactory adventures, and special guest Alice Lascelles, journalist, author and hard liquor expert, and be transported on a sensual journey though the last century of London by night.
From the vibrant optimism of the Belle Epoque, through the Jazz Age, austerity London and up to the 1970s, guests will be exploring four past eras of our city through their de rigeur scents and drinks, as they listen to a lively dialogue provided by Odette Toilette and Alice Lascelles.
From a decadent splash of Champagne, to a sip of the classic Corpse Reviver Cocktail, this will be an entirely new way of immersing yourself in the past.
