Re-creating the sound of a 60s mod club: Roadblock

Monthly club night Roadblock aims to recreate the sound of an original Sixties mod club with a mix of soul, beat and a bit of Latin and ska.

Resident DJs are Mark Ellis and Ian Grinham so expect to hear the very best of known, and not so well known 45’s from the world of British Beat, R&B, Blue Eyed Soul, accompanied by some of the coolest selections of pre 65 American Soul and R&B. Mr Paul “Hallamski” Hallam will also be there to open the night in style,  playing some of his more unusual trademark British Tunes that will take all on a memory lane trip to his now legendary club Sneakers.
