Pop back in time with VOUTIQUE’s Camden pop-up shop

VOUTIQUE is an exciting new shopping concept which brings the finest vintage traders and their most coveted items all together in one online boutique. This month, they are celebrating their new 2013 residency in the Camden Unlimited offices, ‘Collective’, by hosting a week of vintage festivities in the Collective’s Camden High Street pop-up shop.

Due to start on May 20th, VOUTIQUE have arranged a week of time-travelling, taking a tour through the eras for seven days. Each day of the pop-up shop will see VOUTIQUE collaborate with the many vintage traders and businesses that form the 100 strong stores and vintage community members already signed up to the website.

The journey begins with the glamour of Twenties speakeasies showing lingerie, dance lessons and make-up tutorials. The next stop is wartime Britain featuring Forties tea parties, swing dancing from Swing Patrol and bunting making classes. For the Fifties, VOUTIQUE transport you to a night at the movies with a film projector and classic movies accompanied by milkshakes and hop records on the jukebox.

This is the first pop-up event for VOUTIQUE and will be completely free for visitors and traders. The events and traders chosen to join the event aim to reflect the experience you will find on the website featuring fashion, accessories, jewellery, weddings and furniture.

For more information visit VOUTIQUE’S Facebook page or sign up to their newsletter for a chance to win £50 to spend in the shop each day.
