Rockalily Cuts – a his and hers hair salon specialising in vintage and rockabilly cuts and styling – has just opened on Kingsland Road.

The salon, which is decked out in neutral grey with plenty of vintage touches like art deco dressing tables and pictures of owner ReeRee’s grandparents, is adding a much needed touch of retro cool to the area.

Stylist Lucie is an expert in vintage looks – think Victory Rolls, glamorous up-dos or slick Don Draper-esque styles for the gents – and is also on hand to help you find the perfect vintage hair colour, be it a Sixties Joan Holloway red or modern Rockabilly rainbow hues.

Prices start at a very competitive £52 for her (cut & finish) or £33 for him (cut and finish) and you have the option to pop in for a style and go for a big night out (£39).
