Old school: Belles of St. Trinian's at Sutton House

Old school: Belles of St. Trinian’s at Sutton House

UPDATE: Due to unforeseen circumstances, Amy Grimehouse’s The Belles of St Trinian’s at  Sutton House has had to be cancelled.

Celebrating the importance of ‘special places’ in people’s lives, The National Trust invites you into the heart of thriving East London to Sutton House, which will be taken over by Amy Grimehouse for a one night only celebration of those tenacious schoolgirls and their feisty leader Miss Millicent Fritton in ‘The Belles of St Trinian’s’.

Explore Sutton House, which will be transformed back into a school – one of its previous incarnations – and choose your lesson plan by joining a Grimehouse take on the national curriculum. With host for the night, John Sizzle and a cast of teachers and prefects you will wish your school days were like this.

This precedes being called in for assembly for a special screening of the film and party.

Dressing up is encouraged, and remember to do your homework or you might get called in to see the headmistress…
