French vintage in London: Little Paris Vintage Store

French vintage in London: Little Paris Vintage Store

North London’s Crouch End and Islington’s Upper Street are home to a bit of Paris in the middle of London.

The Little Paris Vintage Stores offer a fantastic selection of vintage home deco items and interiors all sourced in France for that bit of je ne sais quoi.

While the shop also stocks some contemporary French designers – think whimsical jewellery and Parisian hats – the main focus is on vintage interiors. Both shops are filled to the brink with an eclectic mix of Gallic wares from crockery to tables, chairs and French Nouvelle Vague film posters to an old anatomical torso, Seventies lamps, an art deco washing machine and a Sixties pin ball.

Best of all the shops are completely cleared out and restocked every three weeks when the new delivery from France arrives, so you are sure to find new items every month. If you’re not quite sure on prices or if you need any help, do ask the lovely French shop assistants who are just as charming as this store.

Prices are reasonable (£100 for a white Sixties designer chair) considering most items are in perfect condition.
