An old vintage favourite: Pop Boutique

An old vintage favourite: Pop Boutique

Pop Boutique first opened its London outlet in 1996 and has been a staple for many vintage lovers ever since. The little Seven Dials-based shop finds a happy medium between the more upmarket vintage boutiques and the crammed warehouse-sized stores that mark the cheaper end of vintage in London.

Pop stocks a good selection of vintage mens- and womenswear from the Sixties to the Eighties as well as the odd Sixties and Seventies homeware. If mod jackets, Seventies jeans and Eighties T-shirts are your thing ,you will be pleased by the choice here, but don’t expect to find any pre-Fifties pieces or designer labels.

The shop also sells its own range of vintage-inspired clothing – think Sixties pinafore dresses or Breton shirts for girls and flared cords or harrington jackets for boys. Just like its vintage, the own-brand range is very well priced with dresses selling for as little as £20 and a good selection of accessories for only a couple of pounds per item.
