Churchill’s Birthday Late at Churchill War Rooms

Churchill’s Birthday Late at Churchill War Rooms

Journey under the streets of Whitehall for an exclusive after-hours event to celebrate the birthday of Winston Churchill. Take part in a themed silent disco, drinks tasting workshops and much more.

Churchill War Rooms will be opening its doors for a night of entertainment and the rare chance to explore this historic site after dark.

Put on your dancing shoes for a night of swing versus pop in a toe-tapping silent disco , learn how to mix a drink Churchill would have approved of with cocktail making specialists, and strike your best Churchill pose in a special photo booth, complete with props to wear inspired by the man himself including his famous onesie, the Siren Suit. What’s more, the best picture will win a prize!

All guests will receive a complimentary gin cocktail or soft drink on entry, courtesy of sponsors Fever-Tree and Boodles Gin, as well as a slice of birthday cake and a goodie bag to take away at the end of the night.

Enjoy a drink with your friends – perhaps Churchill’s favourite Champagne– and a bite to eat at the pop-up bar.

With the sounds and stories of the Forties in the air, step back in time to a bygone era, walk the maze of corridors and discover the stories of those who led the war effort in secret below ground.
